Music has proven to be the most useful tool to get through almost anything. Like me, I have had some issues with fighting my two week depression. I still haven't been able to shake off the black cloud that hangs onto me yet.
I found that music helps with forgetting and healing. So if your like me and your going through some harsh times yourself, Just sit back and listen to some music. It really helps trust me.
